I receive about 200 spam emails each day (luckily my spam filter catches about 95% of them) of which around 40 would be for various drugs.
One day I realised that I knew the names of all these drugs but didn't actually know what they were for or what they did!

Actually I did know what one was, how could someone not know about Viagra?  It was newsworthy all around the world!
But I really didn't know what the others were, and when I searched the Internet for quick answers I only found online pharmacies that sold the drugs or web sites that explained the technical aspects.  I don't want to know the technical stuff, I only want the simple English explanation.
